Guidelines for submission of the Article/Research papers etc., are mentioned as under

Special Instruction: The Article/Paper sent for publication should be in ONE FOLDER containing the cover page, Abstract, and Manuscript. The Author(s) Name(s), e-mail ID, Name of the Institution/Organization/University, and contact details, i.e., mobile/landline numbers, in 12 pt. Times New Roman. These details should be centered below the Title.

Abstract: The Abstract should be in fully justified, italicized text. It must not exceed 250 words. The Abstract should elaborate Research background, Methodology, Result, Discussion, and Conclusion with a maximum of 4-6 keywords, listed alphabetically, separated by commas.

Manuscript:

  1. Length of the paper should be 3500-4000 words in 12 pt. font size, Times New Roman, MS Word, 1.5 spacing on a standard A4 size paper. The page numbers should be at the bottom of the page. All Headings and Subheadings must be bold-faced, aligned left, and fully capitalized with 13 pt. font size.
  2. Figures and Tables should be centred, separately numbered, and self-explained. Please note that the Table Titles must be above the Table and sources of data should be mentioned below the Table. Figures include Graphs, Diagrams, Line drawings, Maps, and Photographs.
  3. All the equations used in the Research Paper/Article should be consecutively numbered in Parentheses, horizontally centred with the equation number placed at the Right. The authors should list all references alphabetically. It must be single-spaced, and at the end of the Research Paper. The authors are advised to use the Harvard referencing system and mention only those references used in their research Article/Paper.

After acceptance of the Article: any proof correction that may be called for should be completed within two days from the date of communication. A minimum deviation will be permitted after proof correction.

The Letter of Undertaking should be attached to the Article at the time of final submission (A template for the Letter of Undertaking will be sent to the authors of selected Articles).
